I read the reviews on Yelp and contacted two companies to come out and give me a quote to replace all of the windows in my condo. Pat and a competitor came out, did measurements and sent us quotes. Both men were very nice and knowledgeable. Pat was very helpful in explaining the differences in windows and giving us comparisons to make informed decisions. The competitor was more of a salesmen trying to push us to buy more expensive windows. When the quotes came in California Replacement windows were much cheaper. Also, I liked the fact that this is a family owned business that has been around for a while. We ordered the windows and they came in as promised in a couple of weeks. The service was outstanding and the windows are great. I think we made the right choice when we picked Pat and his team to do the job.

I selected CalRep because they gave me the best price among 3 bidders for the same Simonton windows and patio doors. The installation crew was on time and professional. They covered the carpet and furniture very well even it was not dusty. They focused on their jobs, not fooling around with cell phones. They took down the blinds and put them back that saved us a lot of work. They answered my questions and went out of their way to help me fixing other windows not installed by them. A couple hours, new windows and door were in and they were out. Simple like that!

Whereas price & material reviews played a large part in our evaluation; the actual execution of the window installation remained an anticipation.

In our case, your installer, Mike Cremisino, was a pleasant surprise and played a vital part of the overall project success. I remember clearly my initial contact with Mike. He immediately provided me with the confidence that I was dealing with a professional. When Mike completed his installation the windows were not only cosmetically pleasant, they opened & closed in an effortless fashion. He took the time to explain the essentials to both me & my tenant and left the project site in tidy state.

In retrospect, our experience was so pleasant that in placing the order with your organization for our other rental property we did not even bother soliciting a competitive bid!
